PIN

When signing up for PM at London Drugs I was asked to choose a four digit PIN.  Soon after I got a text from PM giving me another PIN.  What are these PINs for?  They didn't work when I set up my online account the next day.

I think it's for verification purpose if you can't login or locked out then mod required to reset and to verify identity i guess.

@c4po The PIN is used to verify your account when you contact moderators or dial 611. I am not really sure why you received the pin that you did not chose during activation. May be it generated new one as you activated in store.
