@shuswapkid Yes PM mediator will ask for a pin to avoid any SIM Swapping fraud.

I would say, yes. It is the norm when you call Telus as well.

@shuswapkid : Yes. You need to verify that you're authorized to access account information. So whatever information this place has that you provided will be used to verify that. Even if you provided fake information, you need to verify using that information.

@shuswapkid hi moderators need to know it's you so they need to ask you these questions if you don't remember one hopefully you can answer most of them

If the moderators request this information for verification, you should supply it. It is ultimately for your own protection.
You will know it is a moderator requesting it if following their username there's an 'MOD' like this:
"Username "
