Hello, I have an old plan (111$/90 days) wich I changed for a new one. Change will be made on renewal. On the self serve, It says that I'm owing 86$. My plan is paid using autopay until january 27th. Is it normal?

Amount Owing on the first page of the self serve account doesn't take into account any scheduled plans changes. It doesn't even take into account any rewards.
The part of the self serve website that says "As of today your estimated payment is" does take rewards into account, but assumes that there will be no changes to the current reward amounts.

There is a glitch with the downgrade, you are due smaller amount on due date, but there is a real possibility that the renewal will fail, it's well known glitch and system is not smart enough to figure out 111 is not due.
If you put manually enough money for the update plan your renewal will not fail and you will have extra money on your account for future payments. I would highly suggest you do that
Another option is to watch out on the day of renewal and if you lose the service just log in and click on"reactivate" button and add one more dollar then restart your phone. Do this only if you lose the service, no matter if your plan says it's expired, if your phone is working everything use fine

Yes. It's pretty rudimentary. Payment for next cycle minus Available Funds. It doesn't know anything about a scheduled plan change or rewards. It should. But it doesn't.

Yes, this is normal. This is the plan price less your current balance. It's supposed to provide a pricing for your next renewal, but in reality, it doesn't take into account the rewards that have not yet been converted to account balance.
