Overseas please help!

I am currently overseas in Brazil. My Public Mobile account was frozen for one month. I was just got logged out of ‎WhatsApp so I topped up my Public Mobile account to gain access to my phone number again. This has not worked. Do I need to get a new eSIM - online it says you should still receive voice memos or voice messages still if you are overseas. I need to gain access to my phone number so that I can retrieve a code for WhatsApp please help.

Unfortunately PM only works in Canada, USA and Mexico. PM will not work in Brazil.  WhatsApp will work on wifi (hotel etc) or purchase a local SIM/eSIM.

it is a Whatsapp thing, not sure much you can do

PM does not have service in Brazil, so, esim won't help

and did you login My Account to see if PM account still active?  if renewal failed, then you won't get voicemail when checking from another phone

login My Account to check and use email to receive the 2FA code

Unfortunately Public Mobile has no roaming services in Brazil.
