Anyone who tries to leave me a voicemail gets a OCN error. Can PM manually set up Conditional Call Forwarding for me?

That's right. Works perfectly on friend's PM account. So I know there is a back end solution.

The thing is ocn was correctly setup for second line. I believe because the number was ported from TELUS. Point being there is a technical solution on the back end. The question is will PM process it?

@maddenUnfortunately I don't think Public Mobile supports OCN.

Thank you. I already completed the codes and that is how ended up with the OCN error. The carrier needs to manually set up the conditional call forwarding to resolve the issue.
