Hi,

Not quite sure where you are located, but I am in hamilton and recieved my sim via canada post with a tracking number on the package. I do not know why PM does not give us the tracking number.

Hi @ckstar82!

It has been hit or miss with Purolator... their exucse is that they have increased workload due to the Canadapost situation.

Anyways, lets ask one of the moderators if they can give some info on this order. @Shazia_K
