So I just switched to PM this morning and it's already leagues better than what I was with before (wind mobile), but the only issue is that I'm unable to access LTE on my Oneplus One device.
I've triple checked that the APN is set properly and that my phone is LTE compatible with the service, but I'm unable to select it under preferred network, or connect to it.
If anyone has the solution to this problem, please let me know!

Try this:
Make sure your Mobile networks is set to select automatically.
Enter the service menu by punching in the following on your dialer: *#*#4636#*#*
Scroll to preferred network types and select the right one.. somehting like LTE/WCDMA/GSM
Toggle data off and back on (or hit airplane mode button twice). Reboot.

Can you verify that you have only one APN settings and if there are more than one, just delete the other ones.
Which Android OS is currently on your phone?
