Hi,
I have been with PM since Dec 2, 2018 as an active user. I have not received the $1 credit per month; I thought I would receive it last month and then thought it might be now but stil nothing.
I have a second line that was activated Dec 1, 2018 and that account has received the credit twice so far.
Can you please advise

Yes of course up to 5 years for total of $5 discount per 30 days.

Are you asking about 2 years? Or one year @mg_grewal ? It should have been applied in January. Follow @Jb456 suggestion and contact a moderator .
