My old service provider can not be found from the list so that I am not able to proceed to transfer phone number. How to work out this issue?

I hope your old carrier isn’t Fizz. It has been a big issue all day with new members from Fizz.

what you can do is to activate with a new phone number first. After it is setup, login My Account and go to Profile and click Transfer phone number, it will have less to put in and easier to get it working. or you can then open ticket and ask PM to help
