I waited 6 hours for my ported number but still nothing and I talked to CS agent saying the port was successfully but I am still on my temporary phone number. Is there anyone I can contact?

check if your old sim with the old provider still work, if not, the port was completed
then remove the old sim, or disable old esim, put PM sim there, or enable PM esim. Make sure it is the only one enabled and set as Primary
then reboot phone and reset network settings and try
