Thank you for input, I did say yes to the message. This morning I got a message from Public Mobile saying the transfer now is successful and you need to restart the phone, my guess it was a delay in the full transfer or I should have done a second restart to my phone. All good now!

I had the same problem. I jumped the gun and put in the PM SIM in not realizing I had to text YES to the text that comes on your old SIM card to release your number to PM.
If this is your case then you have to contact CS_Agent for them to reinitialize the port again.
Good luck!

Did you reply with YES with the Rogers SIM in your phone within the 90 minute window?
If not then the porting is in limbo and you need to contact a CS_Agent by private messaging to restart the porting process.
If you did reply, check whether you have the “Do Not Disturb” or “Silence Unknown Callers” enabled. Just disable these settings in your phone.

Did you reply to the authorization text from Roger's? If not your port is stuck. You will need to contact customer support or the porting department to request your phone # port again. Support is backed up right now so calling is probably better. I will send it to you in your private messages.
