Number Ported without account being created

Looking for help - started to sign up for account with a port from Rogers but when realized teh $40 promo plan was not showing up I cancelled the process.  Seems that my number has been ported away from Rogers but nothing set up with Public.  Rogers says the number was ported to Telus.  Anyone have a phone number that I can call to talk with someone?

Thank you Everyone - I went through Telus online chat which got me to a Public Mobile representative on the phone who is working on the problem.

Sorry to hear your number was ported over even though you cancelled the process. 

 

There is no phone support. If you like to complete your registration, @Shazia_K might be around to help you. Otherwise, you can send her private message.
