Literally nothing works. Data talk and text. Even the support page doesn't work. I'm getting a 404 error or it says whoops. I even tried it on my computer and laptop and they give the same error message. I've tried all trouble shooting things. Restarting my phone, airplane mode, restarting network settings, incognito sign in etc etc. And no physical public mobile stores near me. Also network is not down. Very weird situation, nothing works so I try to contact support but contacting support doesn't work.

I'm afraid I have no experience using the e-sim but it sounds like a provisioning issue that only customer support can help with. Send a message now and expect a reply in the morning.

I forgot to mention, I just switched from fido, transfered original number and did everything through the app plus Esim.
