I have switched to public mobile from Rogers yesterday and i am unable to send/rec texts. However i am able to make calls via public mobile. Text messages are not working. Any help will be appreciated.

Did you receive the SMS from Rogers conforming the port? You had put back the Rogers SIM card to receive it?
You can check with the porting team after 9am. Check your inbox for the number and call them for an update.

I have subscribed to PM mobile from Rogers yesterday. Its been more than 24 hours and i am still not able to receive voice calls or send/receive text messages. Only outgoing calls works. Also i have called my previous carrier Rogers and they said number is still active in their system. However i have sent transfer number request from the PM app. and it says it will take more than 5 hours. Here i am and still same loop without sms/text and not able to receive calls. Who can help from PM support team? Its so frustrating. Please help.

Yes I am having same issue porting from Rogers to PM. Incoming calls not working and also text not working. Only outgoing calls are working. Public mobile please fix this issue. Thanks

I had same issue when I swiched from Fido to PM. I cannot send message and cannot receive calls. But I can make calls using Public Mobile number. I called several Fido custmer numbers and cannot reach a live agent. Finally I went to Fido store and it turned out the number is still with Fido. They helped me reactivate Fido number and I am switching now. FYR I didnt realize there is issue until my boss said when call me it went to voice mail directly. Hope this helps.

Do a complete reboot. If that doesn't work. Wait a day or two to work the kinks out.
