No show SIM

Hey,

I ordered a sim card March 28, I received shipping confirmation next day.

I have yet to receive my SIM card in the mail.

I double checked the shipping address, also my credit card was charged.

How do I go about tracking this thing down?

You can also check it through canadapost.ca and  use your order number as a tracking number and see if it shows there.
