No service

How do I get service on my cell phone?  Already turned off and reset my phone settings.  The public mobile card in is my phone.

To just get past the obvious...if you're a new customer then you need to click on Activate up top. Some have wondered that buying a SIM online from here makes the account. It does not.

And if you are new then don't forget to use a referral code to get a $10 credit.

Are you a new or current PM customer?

Can you log into self service to see if your Account Status is Active?

If you are a current customer log into self service and ensure the last 4 digits of your sim card match to ensure you have not been sim jacked. Choose Change Sim Card to view last 4 digits.
