I bought a sim card from retailer and he told me to activate it my self and I did but no network it's not working.

I wonder that you might have mis-typed the SIM #. Unfortunately we can't see all the numbers but we can see the last 4 digits. Compare the self-serve Change SIM function to that on the actual card. Don't change anything...just look. I don't know if there is any error correction on entering a SIM # if you did.
Do you have another phone to put the SIM in and see?
Can you manually search for networks and see if Public Mobile shows up?
Can you verify that the phone isn't looking just for GSM? Preferably something like LTE/UMTS or WCDMA or HSDPA or 4g or 3G.

@Zee21 try resetting your network settings
1. Open Settings>General Management>Reset
2. Tap Reset Network Settings>Tap Reset Settings
If prompted enter your pin, passcode
3. Tap Reset Settings 1 more time to confirm
4. Restart
