I received a text from Public Mobile saying I have used 95% of my data but on my phone it only shows I used half of it. Now my data isn't working. Anyone know what to do? If not I can get more data for this month.

@crosbyoveroviyou can change your plan on your own via the self serve account.
However the system isn't set up to allow you to renew to the same plan earlier.
To do this, you must make a payment to add the fund to your account.
Then contact moderators either by submitting a ticket or by sending a private message to moderator_team.

I think it makes more sense to renew my monthly charge early then buy an add-on. I tried talking to the chat bot about renewing and contacting the moderator but no luck. Shouldn't you be able to renew on your own?

@crosbyoverovias other mention, your plan renews every 30 days. You can logon your account or dial 611 to see the next renewal date. If you check your payment history, you will see when your plan was last renewed.
If you need more data, 1 GB data add-on can be purchased for $15. Data add-ons will rollover on your account until the data is completely used. If it happens regularly that you'll run out of data, you may want to upgrade your plan.

Easiest is to try to get by for 4 days...July 1-4.
Or Buying 1 Gb for $15 will get you back online right away. Any of the add-on remaining After the evening of July 4 when your plan renews will remain in the background to be used if this happens again in the future.
Requesting an early renewal just renews your monthly plan right now giving you a new 30 day plan now for the regular price (no pro-rating for the 4 days you have remaining on your current plan.

@crosbyoverovi you cannot renew your plan by yourself you can only change plans or purchase add-ons. if you want more data the moderators can reset your plan. and your new renewal date starts on the day it's reset

You go through the chatbot to contact the moderators aka customer service reps to get them to renew your plan before the 30 days. You won't get anything pro-rated though and you would have a new start date.

You need to reset your phone counter to the same 30 days of the service here for each renewal. It's 30 days...not a month.
You can buy the data add-on. You can change plans to a larger data bucket. You can ask the moderators to renew your plan early.
