If you ran out of data, adding funds to your available funds wil not make it start working again. You'll need to do one of: renew your plan early (as suggeseted previously), change to a different plan, or purchase a data add-on.

@IndiGrowth  if you are trying to renew your current plan early you must submit a ticket to PM by clicking the ? bottom right of your screen and ask them to do it for you.

If your account was suspended then you must hit the reactivate button on selfserve or dial 611 from your device and follow the prompts.
