I purchased the Public Mobile sim about three weeks ago, but there's been no network. My phone is compatible with the sim--I checked before purchasing the sim.

No network the entire time?
Does your account show active? Do you have a plan? What plan are you on?
Have you tried the sim in another phone?
Can you tell me the exact model of your phone? The IMEI checker at public mobile is not very good.
Has your phone been listed as lost or stolen?
Have you tried to do a manual network search?
What happens when you try to make a call?
Have you tried re-inserting your sim?
Have you tried turning air plane mode ON then OFF?
