Hello. As of a few days ago, my phone has been unable to receive data. I was browsing on Chrome until it suddenly stopped. Calls and texts work fine, and everything behaves normally over wifi.
I've used less than half of my data for this billing period.
My phone is an LG G7 ThinQ, never had an issue before now. I've tried turning it off and leaving it for a while, turning data on and off on the phone, etc. No luck.
I'm in downtown Toronto, if that matters.
Please let me know what I can do. Thanks

You said you were using Chrome. If you press and hold the Chrome app > Click App Info > Scroll to Data Usage > Toggle disabled data usage off - does it fix it?

Data was around 5gb used of 12gb on the overview page.
Didn't have a data limiter set.
I actually just reset everything on my phone and that seems to have done it. Thanks though

Under Data & Add-ons on your overview page...do you see any mention of data?
In your phone, do you have a data limiter set?
