I moved to Public Mobile for the Canada/Mexico plan and my plan says 5G but my phone does not. I’ve tried all suggestions but cannot get 5G. Yes my phone is compatible as I had 5G for years with the other guys.

I would suggest you check the settings on your iPhone.
Go to Settings-Cellular Data Options-Voice & Data-set it to 5G Auto so it will choose between the stronger signal of the 5G or LTE.

people in toronto are getting 5G, no reason it cannot
maybe is just a particular spot where you are? did you move around far enough in the city to test it out?
and what happen if you change the network mode to 5G ON to force 5G all the time?
if you tested enough in the city and still no 5G, ask PM to reprovsion the account
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

I have a iPhone 14 Pro Max. I’ve tried resetting network connection and I am only getting LTE right now. I’ve had 5G since I got this phone (with another carrier)

what phone you have?
tried Reset network settings?
but honest, you dont really need 5G. with a 5G plan, you get 5G speed even with 4G network
