New to PM, Need Help Porting Number

I am new to Public Mobile, and I am looking for help on how to port my number over from a Koodo account. I have contacted the Moderator Team, and sent them the info that was asked, but now I haven’t been contacted again by them regarding this issue. 

 

I need this number ported over as soon as possible. If you can help me at all, I would greatly appreciate it.

I have been waiting 6 days know and no port and no good help

i am also a new PM user just 36 hours,activation was a breeze and , the porting took one day because I didn't provide the IMEI# first, then when I provided, it took ony 20 minutes.

@CrichtonC, if your Koodo account is postpaid (ie you get billed after your month of service) you do not need moderator intervention normally.  Only for prepaid do require assistance.

Yes, it was a prepaid account. I messaged them yesterday, and in that link I see it can take up to two days for them to respond. 

 

 

Thank you, I will wait another day or so, and hopefully they can fix this for me!

@CrichtonC, was that a prepaid Koodo account?  If so, I believe you need the assistance of the moderator team in order to do the transfer.

If so, and if you have already reached out to the moderators, then you will need to wait for them to get back to you.
