I have been waiting for my card since December 16th, never got email about from ups delivery, how long does this usually take and will PM credit me for the time it took while the plan was already paid since Dec 16?

So I signed up for my plan even earlier than you and STILL haven't recieved the original SIM card.  Mind you it may have had to do with the Canada Post strike. That being said I was credited with $10 after about 2-3 weeks of waiting so I took that as my opportunity to just go out and buy a SIM card.

Your plan will only start when you activate the SIM. You paid to secure the plan. PM is notorious for delayed delivery of Sim. Your best bet is buying a physical sim card from a koodo/telus store or a mobile klinic store. Then contact CS_AGENT and they will credit you the cost of the sim $11.30 (10+tax). This was what I did after waiting almost 2 weeks and my sim not arriving.

Any such credit must be arrangeed ahead of time before making such a purchase for a SIM card at a store.  These things are done on a case by case basis and there's no guranatee that the customer support agent will agree to issue a credit.
