If your phone is carrier-locked then you need to contact the carrier it was purchased from to obtain your unique (IMEI-based) carrier unlock code/codes (NCK, NSCK, SPCK, CCK, CPCK, SIMCK, etc).
PM does not sell any phones (and they haven't since around 2012-2013) so they won't even know your unlock codes.
If your phone is not carrier-locked but your Public Mobile SIM card (along with your PM account, phone number, etc) is access-locked then you need to contact the mods to get a SIM unlock code (PUK) issued to you.

@ericouellet you need to message the mods via a private message with your phone details.
Mods will only be able to unlock telus or kood phones. if your phone is from a different provider you will need to contact that provider
How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?
- Please contact the Community Moderator Team to get gelp with you account.
