Hey. I have ported over and my esim didn't seem to work so I tried deleting it and reinstalling is but now I need a new Esim and no way to get into the public mobile app without 2FA. I have private messaged CS but is there any way I could do it myself?

Usually just download the app and rebuy
But since you have not activated yet, you will have to trouble logging in. so, ask PM to help
