I started my new subscription with public mobile yesterday, and finished the transferring of my cell phone number this morning. I've been waiting for RCS messaging to be activated this morning but I keep getting this error 3101 code. I'm hoping a customer service representative can help me with this issue. I've already tried turning off RCS, force stopping the app, clearing the cache and data, and then restarting my phone and turning RCS back on, but still no luck.

Same here I can't even receive or send texts or calls even with rcs on or off

I should also note, it says that the verification limit has been reached. But yes, I do have an Android, and when I have a moment I will also attempt your solution.

uninstall Google Message first, reboot phone, reinstall
