If you sign up at Walmart and take a Talk & Text plan, you get a free SIM and $20 credit.
SInce you already have a SIM, you can still get a $10 refereral credit + $2 off per month for pre-authorized payments.

I asked how much the sim card was and asked for air time as well they had none so had to get the sim only and when U sign up with othjer providers U get credit on account since new number and sim card anyhow guess this area does not:

@RODNEY2008 try again, I just clicked it and it took me right into the form to send the moderator team a private message. This is how you get help with your account at Public Mobile.
Unfortunate, I'm not at all clear on what the issue is here. Did you order the SIM online or purchase in a store? If you purhcased in a store, did they not offer to activate it for you? Have you tried the activation portal that @MacMe linked above?

You can activate your SIM card here:
https://activate.publicmobile.ca/
and then choose the plan you want.

Payment vouchers can be purchased at various retail locations including: some gas stations, corner stores, grocery stores, etc. In addition, by logging into your Public Mobile self-serve account, you can make a payment to your account.
