Hello,
I purchased an add-on of US roaming data (1GB for 20$), but now my account says it has a 20$ balance, and the addon is not visible in my Plan and Add-ons > My Add-ons > Current Add-Ons (is empty).
Do I have to try again? I do not want the add-on twice, but I need this soon because I leave at 5AM tomorrow morning.

And if you are not in Ontario/Québec, keep in mind the calculation of the 10 days is based on eastern time 😉

Also how long are you traveling for If less than 10 days go ahead and make the purchase. If 10 days or longer wait til the morning. The day you purchase counts as day 1 of the 10 day add on.

It's a 2 step process. Now that you have the funds showing you can make the purchase. Go ahead and make the purchase and you'll see your add on. You've deposited the funds but not actually made the purchase.
