Hello Public Mobile Team,
I referred a friend, last week he joined us, he added my number as a reference, usually, we receive a text telling that, but this time I did not receive anything, so probably something went wrong.
his number is: 437 xxxxxxx
I already have 2 others numbers under my name as a reference.
Please, can someone look after this?

Porting? Oh thats interesting. Same thing happened to me with my wifes number I signed up under my number. After a few weeks I ported in on her account and I have no referral anymore and the private messages with the mods have gone no where but this:
About the referral, I cannot see any number that you have referred and unfortunately you are not eligible for having the rewards on it. Regarding to the Autopay, you are still supposed to get $6 rewards as usual. In resume, your total rewards that you are supposed to have for a 90-days period is $6. I hope that I answer your inquiries.

PS: I never even asked about autopay lol.
Update: Noella fixed my problem. She figured out it was a porting error and now there's a note on my account to give me an annual $12 credit. Good enough for me. 👍

@Nightz, go into your account and take a look at the list of referals. If the number is not on the list, message and the moderator team and have them investigate. Otherwise the SMS notification is not very accurate, you don't always get a SMS for each referral.
BTW, did your friend do any number changing like porting after initial activation. It seems like number changes can cause referrals to be dropped.
