My data add on is not working

Purchased extra data and it is not showing up on my account. I have resigned in twice.

@JanineD if the refresh spinner didnt work, try to login My Account again using Incognito mode and check again.  Also, check Payment history page to see if it shows PM took the money and it was used towards the addon purchase

Suppose it's possible they've already depleted it.

 

@JanineD , just to be certain, you're referring to data for use while in Canada and not a US data add-on?

Are you out of data if it is not working? If so you can go into your account and purchase a data add on  or dial *611 on your phone and follow instructions that they tell you

Login using an incognito or private Tab and when on there, tap the little refresher icons to get an updated version of the page.
