Hoping someone might be able to help e figure out why my refer a friend rewards are no longer listed on my account? After an issue with my account last month where the system would not accept my payment manually and blocked my payment option from being used, it would seem I no longer have these rewards? I might add, the blocked payment option was one I had previously used and was registered on autopay on 3 different accounts I use, but on this one account, it wouldn't allow it to work? Wondering if it reset something because of this blip?

That's a good idea keeping a list of who you referred. That way, you know which numbers also left. I will start doing that. Thanks.

I would imagine 1 of 2 options:
1- Your friends left Public mobile
2- There is an error and you'll need to message the mods to look into it for you

@pelehos that is a possibility, usually though an sms is sent saying one of your referals left.

There is a chance that all your referrals had left PM to Koodo due to the $45/8GB migration promo for the last 2 weeks.

In your self serve on the overview page click rewards. There should be another down arrow giving you the breakdown of reward and which numbers you have for referrals. Also there has been issued with having the same payment card for more than 2 accounts. Some have had success others have had issues, you may want to change one account payment method and see how that goes.

If you are referring to the $1 ) account referrals when it has happened in past I would just message the mods with the missing referral numbers and the mods would look into it.
