I'm trying to transfer my phone number from Bell over to public mobile. I said yes to the request and now they're saying they didn't receive the request. What do I do?

Contact Bell and have them resend the porting request to PM again.
Meanwhile, your Bell SIM will continue to work until porting is completed.
