Thanks. Issue was the site added funds and deducted funds twice while I was thinking it was glitching in a circle. Then I find out the added data is only for 31 days which in the past was roll over data?? Trying to go through Simon and submitting a ticket was horrible, kept erroring out or saying profile error. Brutal. Thanks for your help.
