Ugh... I have the November 2016 promotion that autorenews (12GB, 90 Days, Unlimited Province Wide) every 90 days at $120+taxes - Today was/is my payment date and I just got a message at 12:02pm from Public Mobile that my payment didn't go through.
I logged into my account and noted that my Visa had expired and neglected to update it - expired after the last 90 day payment. I updated my card and made a manual payment as soon as I could (by about 12:25pm).
My phone never stopped receiving a signal and I can still make calls BUT when I look at my plan details on my account page... nothing is there.... I don't want to lose that plan!! 😞
Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated!
Dave

Its most likely a website glitch
Even when plan is paid in full you will not be able to see plan etc
Just wait and log back in it will be fine

I hope you and JL9 are right!! 😞
I have never missed a payment since I first signed up with Public Mobile and I LOVE the service I get (both voice and net traffic are awesome) so I would hate to lose my account or plan over something so stupid (on my part)..
I guess I'm worried because when I go to "Plan details" or "Plan and Add Ons" from the account overview all I get is this:
So needless to say.. I'm worried 😞
Thanks,
Dave

@stonechucker is right. You definitely didn't lose it just because of a few minutes. You should be good to go now.

Clear your browser cache and sign back in.. It's probably an issue with your local temporary files.
You've got 90 days to renew your plan .. it won't disappear yet 🙂
