The Microsoft employee on their online chat box didn't know this.  Microsoft could probably sell a lot more phones if they clearly state the network compatibility on the product page.  

Anyways, it looks good.. hope u enjoy your new Windows10 phone very much.

Just got a Lumia 650 today (from MS Canada) and it connects to the PM LTE network with no issues.

According to the microsoft website, this phone seems to have compatible 3g bands. But no LTE. 

So it will work for calling and texting.. but data speeds will be slow 3G speeds.

FYI:  The compatible bands to look for are 3g/WCDMA: 850 and 1900 MHz.  LTE: band 4 1700/2100
