Yes, but the auto install immediately followed the purchase have tainted the QR code, the emailed QR code is considered used code. How to stop the auto install, can PM not revised their auto install logic?

Exactly how do I stop the auto install before it starts. And then I can do the manual install from the emailed QR code, if they send one? Thx

for new activation, yes, they will send the QR code.  But seems like they won't if you just rebuy eSIM

if you are planning to use another phone to use the app to activate, and scan the QR code to install on another phone, you have to be very careful as the app generally will just install it during the subscription process.

Once you download the app on your phone and purchase the esim, an email is sent with the QR code.
