Hi everyone - I was travelling and lost my Public Mobile sim. I think what I need to do is to order a new SIM< then go into My Account and go to "Change SIM CARD" under "Plans and Add-Ons"
Am I on the right track? Is there something else I need to do or should be aware of?

You are on the right track. DO you think someone will find your simand use it? You can login to self serve and report your phone lost or stolen and it will deactivate the sim. Depending on where you live there are a few retailers out there where you can purchase SIM cards like London Drugs, WOW Mobile some Walmarts will sell SIM only. But your steps you described are correct.
