Lost SIM Before Activating Account

I bought a SIM card at Walmart today and when I got home I was going to switch out my SIM card and I lost it. I can’t even activate the account because it sends a 6 digit code to my phone but I don’t have any access to my text messages since the SIM isn’t installed. How do I go about getting a replacement SIM so that I can activate my account?

Offically, up to 48 hours.  It may take longer. Just wait.  Don't send moderator more private messages.  Otherwise, you will be put at the end of the queue again

Go back to the same person who you dealt with at Walmart and ask them to activate a new SIM card for you to use. Unfortunately your current SIM card is required to activate your phone, and at this point someone else may have access to your plan.

You need to get a non-activated SIM card from Walmart.

Then, you need to send a private message to moderator to help you to setup your selfserve account.

After you get your selfserve account, login to your account and change your SIM card using

[Plan and Add-Ons] --> [Change SIM card]
