Long distance

When I try to call long distance it says that my minutes are used up…… I haven’t called any long distance numbers since I got this plan….. plan says I have long distance

if the LD minutes are from the plan, not add-on, the list is much smaller
 monthly international long-distance minutes to China, Hong Kong, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Taiwan, and the UK³

So question to @Kammi 

1. are you talking about the monthly LD calling minutes that comes with the plan? or are you talking about the one time paid add-on you purchased?
2. which country you are calling?

where you are trying to call? those Long distance minutes that come with the plan can only call some countries but not all
