I registered my mobile with email ID (xxxxxx@gmail.com) however couldn't login. it shows email is not recognized.

please send a private message to the Moderator_Team account using the envelope icon in the upper right corner of every community page.

 

Please provide your issue for them, and they will contact back via Private Message with further instructions.

You mean you activated with that email and now you are not able to login? Are you sure you typed the correct email? Try resetting the password here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/
