I registered my mobile with email ID (xxxxxx@gmail.com) however couldn't login. it shows email is not recognized.

You mean you activated with that email and now you are not able to login? Are you sure you typed the correct email? Try resetting the password here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/
