I have an account which I never used because despite multiple tries, and diligent entering of my credit card info, I could not get credit card payments to work. At the time I preferred not to use vouchers. I would like to give public mobile another try and just use vouchers. When I try to log in i get the error:
"Sorry ,your login has been disabled. Please visit the online Community at publicmobile.ca/community for assistance."
Is it possible to have my login activated again?

This same thing happened to me. It was because my account was disabled for more then 90 days. This is most definitely your issue. Just make a new account and you will be good to go. Also you cannot use an old sim if its been deactivated for more than 90 days.
