How do I fix, it says contact public mobile, how?

For information purposes, SIMon should still be used for resetting a self serve password. I know that the ticketing process does usually ask for self serve credentials, but when the option is slected for a forgotten password, the ticketing system will then ask the customer for the account PIN instead.
