I just activated my account and the SIM card is now frozen I wrote to the @CS_Agent 3 times now , How do I get my card un frozen , It says contact provider , Thats very hard through this system not sure I like this , price was good but I guess we sacrifice service , Is it possible to reactivate the SIM card or do I need to buy a new one .

You are correct that is exactly what happened the phone was locked and after I put the wrong code in BELL actually froze the phone and , Then refused to help me un freeze it , I solved the issue with the purchase of a new phone , And trust me it was the most frustrating situation , I spent hours on hold and when I went to the Bell store they were useless , actually down right rude !!

I just tried to Call Bell and the phone number is no longer registered with Bell , I also tried in a new phone I bought off ebay

The phone was removed from my bell account it says , Sim card frozen contact service provider

What exact message are you getting?
The phone might still be locked to the previous provider.
