Since last night, I've been getting little to no connection using my data. I can see that it is 4G+, and before yesterday, it worked fine. I was in the same location the entire time. Does this have something to do with my plan, or is this a network issue?

That's very odd, try restarting your phone and making sure you did not use all your data on your provided plan. If all else doesn't work be sure to get in touch with PM. Good luck!

@jkzhai99 when was the last time you rebooted your phone? Have you tried since you started noticing this issue? It's not a cure-all, but it's a quick and easy thing to try whenever "odd" behaviour starts suddenly and without obvious explanation.

Recently, we've seen a number of these no data connection issues.
I'm starting to wonder if it's due to a system glitch.
But first, let's double check that you've not consumed all your data (look within your account within the self-server web portal) and reboot your phone.
If all checks out; it would be time to contact a moderator for assistance (link).

First off have you used all of your plan data? If you log in to the self serve and don't see data listed in the addon section than you have used up all of your plan data.

Can you login your selfserve account and see if there is a line item for data? If there is not that means you have used up your allotment and you will need to buy another data bucket.
