Hello,
I’ve purchased a SIM online on Jun 15. It states it will take 3-7 business days for delivery, but yesterday would have been the 7th day. As I am currently a Freedom Mobile customer, I’m trying to get the SIM before the end of month to participate in the promo. If it doesn’t come in time, what should I do? Is there a store in can physically purchase the SIM card? I’m located in Vancouver, BC.

Thanks for all your suggestion, everyone. I've messaged them on FB (no reply yet), and I've also pm'ed a mod directly (no reply yet). I found a potential seller on Craigslist for a SIM so that will be a viable alternative.

For the SIM all you would need is the SIM information and ID. Perhaps you can email a Mod or customer support and ask for that information and enter it into your online account. You would need the IMEI numeber of your phone and SIM information from Public Mobile.

Have you tried contacting them via facebook for tracking, *might* be able to receive an answer quickly
