my public mobile account needed to be topped up
I purchased a koodoo pin in rror and kept trying it which didn't work of course
now I got the proper PIIN and it won't accept what do I do ?

Hi @jagajit707 I hope you were able to top up your account through 611, as suggested above by @JoyLuck .
Your title says you are Locked out of your account. Try the Forgot Your Password.
You will need the email you use as username, security question answer, and then confirmation of your email (PM will send you an email to confirm that that is your email).

If you purchase a PM topup voucher, try again in couple of hours. There is delay depending on how and when the store activate the voucher.

Try calling 611 to add the voucher. Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours from the purchase time for the voucher to become active.
If after 24 hours it is still not working contact a moderator.
