LG G4 - Data works but cannot open some websites

I just have a strange problem on my LG G4

I switched to Public Mobile 2 weeks ago and everything worked ok even without resetting the phone like some other people with LG G4.

Today, I noticed that I couldn't open the websites from the chrome browser. It will give me an error message that the website cannot be reached.

I tried my sim card on my spare Nexus 4 and everything works normally.

Does anyone else have a similar problem?

I can browse Facebook, play youtube videos, send messages on whatsapp but when i typed in a website address, it just didn't open.

I have read in other places that sometimes the LGG4 requires a factory reset when moving to a new carrier.  Good idea mentioned, try the same websites on wifi vs cellular data.

Does that happen on wifi too? or on data only?

Since it works with another phone, i think some issue with your LG phone. Might need to factory reset it? Make sure to backup if you do that.
