Issue with the reward

I was given a 10$ credit with the promotion code due to my SIM card was delayed in shipping to my home. But I tried the promotion code, the system told me it's an invalid code. Is there any limit or timeline to deem the reward?

@Sunnyxiong  Try adding that voucher credit to your account by dialing 611 from your device. It should be a 12 digit PIN code.
