Hi Community,
So I'm having trouble registering my account. It says invalid sim on the PM website when I enter my information? Not really sure what I should do other than going back to wally world and getting another.

Then definitely try @mimmo s suggestion (different browser or browser in privacy/incognito mode).

@violetpike, is there any chance that the SIM might have somehow already been used? Even if you just bought it, did the package look like it might have been tampered with?
Even if the SIM was defective, the account setup would not know that. It just makes sure that the number on the SIM is a valid, unused Public Mobile SIM.
